At Link Mailing Systems, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns and exchanges subject to the terms below.

1. Returning unwanted items

If you have changed your mind, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

unused
unopened
in their original packaging
in a resalable condition

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

2. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery where possible.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or sent in error, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.3. ExchangesWe accept exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and the next steps.

4. Non-returnable items

Unless faulty or sent in error, we cannot accept returns on:

opened consumables
used items
items damaged after delivery
special-order or non-stock items
any item not in a resalable condition

Because franking consumables are machine-specific, please make sure you order the correct product before opening the packaging. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

5. Return postage

If you are returning an unwanted item, the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item, we will advise on the return process and, where appropriate, cover or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

6. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
